During morning observations, the client sat quietly in his seat and raised his hand while participating in his morning stations. During midday observations, the client interacted with his peers in a positive manner while in the cafeteria for lunch. During afternoon observations, the client followed directions on the first prompt and stayed calm while completing his class work. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged the client to continue to sit quietly in his seat and raise his hand before speaking. During midday observations, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and prompted the client to continue to interact with his peers in a positive manner. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged the client to continue following directions on the first prompt and to stay calm. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. the client agreed to continue sitting quietly in his seat and raise his hand while completing his station work. During midday observations, the client agreed to continue interacting with his peers in a positive manner while in the cafeteria for lunch. During afternoon observations, the client continued to follow directions on the first prompt and stayed calm while completing his work. The client also agreed to continue to track his behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
